I think this hat is just adorable for a toddler! I don’t think the description mentioned it, but it has a Velcro chin strap, too! My granddaughter isn’t real enthusiastic yet about headgear in general… hopefully the flowers and butterfly on this one will help her to change her mind! It’d be great if it came in white and maybe pink, too.
